We all know the only constant is change. Change is everywhere and change is fast. Today, the question is disrupter or disrupted? I have a suggestion; instead of spending your time trying to beat competition by doing what they’re doing slightly better, spend some time remembering who you are, your unique strengths and talents, your way of doing things and why you do what you do. That’s the way to lead change, realign your industry or field of work and create the future you would like to see.
