Don’t look for your passion. Create it!

One of the most common career advices out there seems to be ”Follow your passion”. But research shows 80% of us don’t have a single passion to follow… We rather have many things we’re passionate about. I think ”follow your passion” brings a lot of unnecessary stress. So instead I would suggest you focus on CREATING your passion by trying different things and observe what gives you energy and joy. Then make sure you get to do more of that. And suddenly you’ve created an area you’re passionate about and where you want to be excellent.
